My passion is in supporting business growth. I achieve this by helping organisations and individuals develop in a manner aligned to the culture and strategic intent of the business.

As a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with global expertise, I improve businesses through organisational development, cultural change and innovation. I build and execute bespoke strategic approaches that harness the innate capabilities of your organisation and its people, to achieve the overall business priorities and imperatives.

Coming from a commercial background and having spent ten years as a corporate transformation consultant prior to my organisational development roles, I have extensive experience in both facilitation and negotiation. I have worked for leading global organisations, including London Underground Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers, National Australia Bank, and IBM Global Business Services.

My unique experience, coupled with my understanding of the commercial realities and challenges faced by organisations, enables me to propose tailored strategies and execution plans that are fully endorsed by business stakeholders.

I am married with two children, and when not busy helping companies with their business and development needs, I am competing in triathlons and coaching my son’s soccer team! I also volunteer as Finance Director on the Board of Aquatics & Recreation Victoria (ARV), the peak industry body for the aquatics and recreation industry in Victoria. A key element of ARV’s operations is the provision of affordable, subsidised swimming lessons to children. In 2020, these were provided to over 12,000 children across Victoria.
